every match joe messes up

Clearly MP has asked hart to play the sweeper role if required. There lies the problem. Joe's decision making is and always has been dreadful. People say he saved us in Moscow, which he did, that was after another rush of blood to give them the lead earlier. Nasty isn't ready and Joe can't do two things at once. The proof is right there.

Absolutely priceless! Made me forget about Hart for a good ten minutes.

Why is Nasty all of a sudden not ready? He was being hailed as the best thing to come out of last season.

Not all of a sudden, he was thrown in far too early and hasn't had time to grow. We at where are need two players at Vinny's level at all times.

He doesn't mess up every match - he saved us in Moscow.

Todays mistake was a howler but he'll be more gutted than anyone.

I bet he's not more gutted than me or thousands of other fans who save all week to go see supposedly pro players

Joe believes it is all about him

No need to glory hunting in the last minute

2 seasons ago I really believe joe won us the title - the save vs Villa stopping Bent equalising in the last minute for example

I honestly fear he has lost us the title this season

We can't afford to lose another match

If you take credit for the highs you have to accept responsibilities for the lows I'm afraid

Your fault all the way Joe
Come out and admit it

Defeats really do attract idiots eh?

Well, you're posting on this subject so I guess the answer is 'Yes'

Joe did make that save at Villa didn't he?
Can we afford to lose another match ?

Joe gutted ? His biggest worry is what colour leather interior to have in his new Range Rover/Merc/Aston Martin and should he buy the latest 82 inch TV or just stick with the home cinema in his mansion

They are pros and get paid big bucks for being at a high level of skill and performance
joe obviously has the talent but he continually falls down on the performance front, Stevie Wonder could see that.
Therefore he is open to honest, accurate criticism

This is a forum, where people can express their opinions, if it isn't what you think that's no reason to call me an idiot

I doubt you'd say that to my face, but we can test that theory if you want to
Not sure who the hell you think you are, but watch your mouth.

Hallelujah, I have been saying this since we won the league, two top class CH with Nasty/Demichelis as back up. I agree that with the high defensive line we now play Joe has to play as more of a sweeper but yesterday he was at fault, you could see Nasty was always going to get to the ball before Torres and head it back.

I've backed Joe to the hilt and repeatedly stated that it's just a temporary dip in form which has been highlighted x100 due to his position.

I've also said you should never drop a keeper experiencing such a dip becaue it can have a very damaging effect.

But it's undeniable now that the lad needs to be taken out of the firing line. The form has persisted and gaffes are becoming commonplace.

I don't believe he can play his way through this and brutally speaking we simply can't afford any more daft dropped points.

Hart is still incredibly young and short of experience to be the goalkeeper his talent points to, yet certainly one of, if not the best in this country at present.
He made a mistake an it wont be his last either, but his contribution far outweighs the odd clanger while he builds up his all round game so get off his back.

Nasty is another player who has more than justified his place in the team, yet he makes an error and out come the vultures, ALL players f*ck up now and again.

The media have a bag on for Hart, highlighting every little thing in a negative way, Nasty is another target for at least one tv commentator who bangs on that he is playing instead of the "Far more experienced" Lescott, while failing to notice he is a far better player.

Fu*k the media, an f*ck you if your too f*cking dumb to know the difference between a poor player and good one who makes a mistake.
