Ezequiel Lavezzi

It's all about how much Mancini rates Johnson for me..

If he thinks AJ can become very good and borderline world class, don't get Lavezzi cause only one of them can take AJ's current role.

Lavezzi got more of what we need in pace, but AJ is english and was a great buy for a club with the reputation of wasting money.. And everyone can see his (AJ) potential, he just need more consistency.

AJ could take a smaller role, but I think he would give it a shot elsewhere before accepting such role..

Whilst Lavezzi is a good player he is not needed imo and we should really just be looking at getting money for Tev and then buy someone cheap like Hoilett who is Prem ready and can play all over the midfield and attack.

agree. He would require more playing time than Johnson currently gets and I'm not quite sure it's there.
There is always playing time for talent. Always!

I second that Dax; getting playing time is not something Lavezzi would be worried about. AJ and Nasri though...

It was like an advanced meeting of the suppository at lunch time today. The flight I was getting back from Naples was to Gatwick-checked in and the guy at the check in desk says Wilkins has just checked in and he told him Lavezzi will be a city player next season. So I thought I'd better keep a lookout.

Went down for a coffee and they were all assembled
Woolnough
Samuels
Tyler
Wilkins
Shreeves
One I don't know they called "Besty"

Finally on the plane sat next to Richard Williams chief sportswriter of the Guardian-miserable tosser hardly exchanged a word.

Lets hope he is coming.

Lavezzi's pace would scare the shit out of teams, it's like Bellamy without the baggage or the knees. I'd take him any day of the week.
