F.A. to have Wayne Rooney Testimonial Match

Personalty i find it totally insulting that we as a nation are being told to respect this player who walked off the pitch in South Africa insulting England fans that had spent thousands to support them, It shows the strength of Southgate and the FA that sky are telling them to play rooney a player that is getting out played every week by that footballing god Bradley Wright Phillips
We had Beckham rammed down our throats, then Rooney, they’re trying to turn Rashford into the latest Utd/fa poster boy now ........there’s a pattern developing.

So to get this stunt passed people who thought it was just to sell more tickets or raise Romney’s profile in America they said it was for charity, this is often used to disarm the opponents as how could anyone not want a charity to benefit. Then the fa say it’s not for charity as were keeping the money but you can have some buckets outside, lol.
Southgate is then wheeled out to claim it was being talked about a year ago & it would be a fitting send off to a legend, fucking legend ? Rooney is a lot of things but legend isn’t one of them, the real joke is people will pay money to attend this farce .
I can confirm that I won't be ;-)

I would love it, just love it ( as someone once said) if at the moment he comes on as a sub the entire crowd got up and left.

Is there anything else we could do for him while we're at it?

Some further tax breaks?
Additional advertising of his 'brand'?

Maybe the real reason the FA were exploing the avenue of selling off the national stadium was to fund his ''golden handshake' like Scudamore? ;-)

I heard on talksport this morning that the FA are providing coaches to go over to the US to help him with his badges - is this standard practice for ex-England players?

life time pass to the old folks home and boo him off the pitch to remind him of good times in Africa so he can moan about the fans
