Southgate stays then the discussion about this players form or that player not delivering for england is pointless. The same turgid, basic defensive tactics will carry on and the players will struggle. Simple as that, Southgate stays, England continue to be crap.

I'm not sure who to bring in next. Spain and Germany have shown that promoting from within can work. And unlike Southgate, Carsley has won a tournament with the U21s. We need a winner though, someone who can get the mentality right.

But we also desperately need a better keeper and a number 6 who can run the game. If this team is relying on Pickford and Rice we will never win anything against the best sides because we will never have the ball.

Said this during last nights game...pickford was continually hoofing the ball from every goal kick and conceeded possession - absolute everton style relegation football right on show

Spain were running rings around us already and making us run, and yet this prick of a keeper didnt understand how he was contributing to it as well

And what was the reaction from waistcoat - to just sit there and let it continue with his tactical nous on show - shows the level he is truly at, when even the basic of manager fundamentals would be to instruct the keeper to stop giving the ball away easily

I pray the useless twat resigns..and a manager with a more modern style of how to play comes in and actually sets the team up properly with clear instructions

One big ego needs reigning in as well and told not to try and be everywhere on the pitch looking to be the main man when he is actually more of a liability on the pitch
