great opportunity to take out one of our main rivals I bet Chelsea and Jose are more pissed than MP we are at home massive advantage and don't Chelsea have to travel to their chumps league game a few days later

Barca play on Sunday before our game so if we get to play on the Saturday it will be a bonus.

Just double checked, they're actually playing on Saturday. No way we will be playing on the Sunday. Be defintley Saturday.

They can do anything they like however I am praying for it to be a Saturday lunchtime so we have max time to recover for Barca..Fingers crossed.

These are the games we only dreamt of not so long ago, yet people are still moaning about it, and that's despite the fact we have the capability to beat Chelsea and Barca.
What exactly do some want?

To win as many trophies as possible and having harder opposition makes that less possible.

Doesn't matter who we got, we still would have had to play 90 mins before Barca.

It may work out better, because if we beat Chelsea it will give us great momentum for the Barcelona game.

If you don't work hard against anyone you will get beat; yesterday was a prime example. We should be working our bollocks off on every game. If people want it easy I suppose they would rather we just went out of the cups as early as possible.

Jesus Christ, what a shit draw. At least it's home. Getting a Friday game would be superb. Can't see it though. It's a tie with a big audience potential so they'll want the best time for it. Sunday would be an unmitigated disaster.

Hard to call which game we prioritise, if any, this or Barca. My gut tells me Barca.
