For me the cup final is a separate mobile ticket.

Maybe re-try by resending the link in the email to yourself and see if you see the ticket show up via that route ? When you download files where does it save them on Samsung - it may be there as opposed to in the wallet.

Should appear as a separate ticket in the wallet

The cup final ticket will appear separately in your wallet
