The Ticket Office resolving this farce won’t tick any middle or senior managers KPIs. Hence, it’s turned into a bit of a shambles.I’ve seen the abusive emails and I would be very surprised if they are from a branch official. Much more likely to be from a disgruntled member sick of waiting. KP’s email address is widely available.
There are two different issues here. Obviously the abusive stuff sent to KP is well out of order, but the threats of sanctions for branches politely chasing up tickets that should have been sent out long ago is also out of order. I doubt any real blame for the f-up lies with KP, but there has been an f-up and there’s no point denying it. I have no idea what is going on in the ticket office right now but they seem to have imploded under the pressure.
Likewise, there’s one window open at our ticket office until an hour before home games because the matches are sold out.
