FA Cup Final | Ticket Criteria

There is now an IT issue affecting the branches that have not received their tickets and Kevs email the other day was out or order curious to know how many branches still waiting for tickets and the back up plan and Kev not to be emailed it's your job mate if not happy there is the door let a younger man do the job. Any branches not received tickets yet????
We don’t want emails mate. We just want the tickets. I sort of get your point but Kevin had been getting abusive messages and it must grate when you are trying to do your best for the fans.

Kevin and Mischika work incredibly hard to sort tickets for Branches but they can’t do everything. The Club clearly gave a Coldplay Concert a much bigger priority. Between that and the IT glitches, I can see some Branches having to queue up at Wembley ticket office for their tickets. Hopefully, it doesn’t come to that.

If it comes to that last ditch clusterfuck what time do you reckon they would open there window as our coach won’t be getting there till gone one but i’am already down here so could potentially collect before the carnage starts

Telling supporters clubs they'll be punished for getting impatient and chasing tickets so close to the day of the game is beyond ridiculous however hard they are working.

The ticket office window has been open at least 2 hours before kick off (maybe 3 hours) when I’ve gone there before. Hopefully it will get sorted in the morning.

However if branch chairmen are swearing and being twunts via email then it stands to reason when dealing with similar numbers the polite professional correspondents will be favoured. That’s just human nature & common sense.

One would hope so but if not then hopefully they will put measures in place to make sure it’s not a 2 hour window to get sorted
 
City reduced the number of people helping the OSC on tickets and replaced one of them with a liaison manager. I’d be frustrated too.

I’ve seen the abusive emails and I would be very surprised if they are from a branch official. Much more likely to be from a disgruntled member sick of waiting. KP’s email address is widely available.

There are two different issues here. Obviously the abusive stuff sent to KP is well out of order, but the threats of sanctions for branches politely chasing up tickets that should have been sent out long ago is also out of order. I doubt any real blame for the f-up lies with KP, but there has been an f-up and there’s no point denying it. I have no idea what is going on in the ticket office right now but they seem to have imploded under the pressure.
