Have you received your email confirmation?
I was done and out at 9.05am and not recieved any email. ;=(

Wrong. I have it on good authority that of the 25,000 tickets , 10,000 have gone to corporate, staff and supporters branches. Obviously some branch members would have been eligible for tickets anyway, but they will not go as far as some on here expect.

Utter bollocks.....do you really think City would start a cup scheme with the promise of anyone signing up would get 1st shout at cup final tickets, to only then go back on that promise....yeah right......supporters clubs have had there allocations cut back that I know for sure....anyone in the cup scheme will get a chance to buy a ticket[/quote]

I hope you're correct. I am not a WUM, but passed on info that I had on good authority. As I said some tickets will go to SC members on scheme, so all other Cup scheme members will get tickets, but it will not go as low as some people on here believe.
Until City give out the numbers neither of us know for sure. I hope my info was wrong, but thanks for the abuse anyway ;-)

I'd check if your points have been added you should be ok if they have. You can also check by clicking ''my account'' then ''order history''.

I'm still waiting for the email too. Got a pic of the confirmation screen and my points and account history have updated. But still worried something may go tits up.

Still no email!
I ended up phoning the ticket office. They checked my account and assured me its all gone thru.
Strange though as I always normally get the email.

That was a right pain in the arse had to ring to get a junior.

Called at 8:45 number 14 get cut off 9:01.

Had to get in work so told the mrs to call, she has been cut off 4 times once when giving them details.

She has just text me got them.

So I've gone from being fuming and ready to write a strongly worded email to not giving a shit because I'm well chuffed that I'm taking my 10 year old lad to a cup final.

Can't wait to tell him the good news.
