FA Watch

Im not particularly eloquent when it comes to writing letters so was thinking of a way I could help with this. Had a look and found that http://www.fawatch.co.uk is currently unregistered and if you want to register this as a seperate website where fans of other clubs could join and help out with the spotting I will cough up the £6 to register it for 2 years if you want.

Having a domain is no use though if there's no forum or website and its something that I couldnt really help with as Im shit at these sort of things, just thought I'd put this out there as I cant see anyone saying anything about registering a website for this. Think it would be helpfull as then its more of a football fan initiative rather than a City fans initiative and others might be more inclined to join in.

If you think its a good idea let me know a paypal name and I'll whip the funds over to you. Keep up the great work!

*edit*
forgot the bloody link to register the domain!

Great idea. Could it be linked to Bluemoon? That way it will be know that it was the Manchester City fans that got the ball rolling.

I have just banged off a lengthy missive to the disciplinary lot at the FA.co demading to know:

a) Why Van Pesie's antics went unpunished?

b) Why Arsenal and Man Utd fans and paid employees were allowed to judge ththe Ade case where there was a clear conflict of interest.

c) In what way Scudamore thought that his outburst about Ade BEFORE the hearing could not prejudice it

and

d) Why no consistency has been applied to violent conduct incidents wher so called Top 4 clubs were involved.

I'll share the reponse with you....that's if I get one...

Keep harrassing the twunts. We need to shine a clear and public torch on thir chronyism and cowardice.

A lengthy missive sounds painful, what is it? By the way are you an international jewel thief? That would be cool if you were because you would be Con Dom! Get it.

Great work and a great thread. The sheer inconsistency of dubious calls by the FA has instigated this process.
Well done Monty and keep up the good work.
I'll be watching every match that I possibly can trying to highlight incidents where no retrospective action is taken.

That's very kind of you BlueBeenie.

For all you techies out there:

Is this something that could work?

How would it work in practice?

A website sounds a top idea. That way incidents could be logged by fans as and when they happen, and when something like "Bayor-gate" crops up you have a ready made list to hand to reel off to the authorities that so ineptly rule this game.

Oh boody 'ell ...If I had a pound for everytime ...etc .. LOL !

You can set up a blog for nothing and that's probably best for now. Every week you can highlight the glaring inconsistencies.

But you're up against it I'm afraid. Back in April, I understand that the Premier League received cast-iron information about the activities of a syndicate involved in major match fixing activities. The information was so compelling that they actually took action.

Interestingly, this season Messrs Styles, Riley & Bennett aren't refereeing any more. I'm sure there's no connection.

It is a great idea.

I think it would be better if it was a campaign for all supporters, having it as a MCFC supporters campaign might put off a few that would otherwise contribute.
