Contractual clauses are extremely difficult to deal with in a legal sense. A client who feels he is contractually allowed to leave an employer in a specified time span probably wont have his head in the right place. It would be difficult to get any profit from a re-sale.

Not so much when you look at it from their perspective. Firstly, he wants to leave and play for them. Secondly, he has two of the best midfielders in the world challenging him for a place. Thirdly, they have Thaigo already. Oh and lastly theyre a bunch of fucking tight arses :p

That will make Barca put up or shut up!

Wenger knows he wants to leave, they need a keep, with Shay they will have one of the best 4 in the prem (but behind Joe). Plus 36M so he can spend 12M

Cesc will have a better chance to win trophies, plus a wage packet of ?? but surely a fatter one than he currently gets.

think this just shows they haven't got the cash to fund all the transfers they are after.or that they think when they set there sights on a player then that player will kick up a fuss causing the club to have to sell.

He's only worth 27 mil. Vastly overrated. Anything more than 35 mil would be like buying a match ticket for a thousand quid

No, they didn't. Mind games, it'll renew Fibreglass' desire to leave. Meaning that he'll pushing to leave which in turn, would put the price down.
 
Barca know every player wants to join them. Biggest club in the world they expect players cheap and on their terms.
 
If Arsenal are sensible unless they want to have this all summer as they usually do is to put a price on him that they will sell him for like they did last year, otherwise Barca think they can get the player on the cheap.

I would hope we had learned this sort of thing from the Kaka saga.
 
Its clear the club is willing sell him to barca as he wants to join them. But I still think he will stay as barca is not willing to pay fair price for him. Arsenal wants around 40 million for him and wont budge. Barca knows this and is using every trick in the book to get him cheap as they don’t have the money. Same thing with Sanchez
 
What did Fabregas offer Arsenal last season? Better off selling him because his heart wont be in it if you don't.
