Ha, there have been so many agendas. Half the posters on here, calling me out were convinced all our cup draws were fixed, but have gone very quiet on that of late.
One of the best agenda theories was when a bloke was interviewed on sky and later bit of footage showed him in a United shirt. All hell broke lose on here, allegations made he was a plant until it transpired he was a blue but wearing a utd shirt for a stag do, bet etc. Never has a thread been so quickly removed and never been discussed again.

The truth probably lies somewhere between the extremes. At one end you have the conspiracy nuts seeing an agenda behind everything, at the other end is your equally ridiculous denial of everything.Ha, there have been so many agendas. Well yeah, but that's not a reason for it to be banned from social media. There's shitloads of bullshit opinions based on fuck all on Twitter and Facebook. So there must be more to it than just the accusation of sportswashing, which is a completely concept anyway. They must have made specific false claims for it to get taken down.There's nothing wrong with having an opinion but it isn't valid unless it is based on facts.

To be fair, all of UEFA's competition draws have been fixed in full view of everyone. The only ridiculous thing about the conspiracy theories around football being fixed is that any of it would need to be a secret when they've been openly fixing competitions for years with things like seeding, FFP and unequal payments to favour the established clubs.Ha, there have been so many agendas. To be fair, all of UEFA's competition draws have been fixed in full view of everyone. The only ridiculous thing about the conspiracy theories around football being fixed is that any of it would need to be a secret when they've been openly fixing competitions for years with things like seeding, FFP and unequal payments to favour the established clubs.
No arguments there. The UEFA draws, with the seedings do make it an unfair playing field.

To be fair, I don't even object to the idea of seeds. They try to make sure that shit teams can't fluke their way to the final with an easy draw (remember Millwall getting to the FA Cup final despite not facing a single team from the Premier League?), and you get the best teams facing each other later in the competition. The problem was when teams like Arsenal were still top seeds after finishing 4th about 10 years in a row.No arguments there. The UEFA draws, with the seedings do make it an unfair playing field.

Yeah I think they did change, for league winners, partly, are so they said, because of the anomaly of us winning the league but being in pot three etc, not pot one as champions.
I would prefer the traditional way of knock out football, tough luck if you get a tough draw.Keep the national sides apart, fair enough, but otherwise If we get a league of City, Bayern, Real, Juventus so be it.
