Yeah it looks good. Shame the game is only 7 hours long. I shit you not someone on youtube has finished the whole game in 7 hours. Style over substance.

Not much of a surprise, the previous one wasn't much longer. That sort of game is always going to be short, especially if you don't go for collectibles and the like. I don't mind tbh, it just means that it will be really cheap really soon as so many people will trade it in once they've finished it. I really enjoyed the previous one having downloaded it for free with Games with Gold

Found myself spending the most time modding and crafting. It's superbly done. Can't help but think how good it would be if they expanded on it further maybe even as a separate game where it's all purely about surviving, scavenging and defending a base.As it is, the whole process of building a settlement it completely optional and has no real point to it. I know the settlements can and do get attacked but there's no real danger from it happening, there's no lasting damage and you don't have to be there to defend it either. I'd love it if the threat was constant and they could destroy things and steal supplies if not defended properly and there was more of a need to build a fortified base, with perimeter fences etc That's all i want now after playing this for two days.

That's why they should introdue Day Z or H1D1 to next gen!

I did the same on my xbox one mate. But I'd never pay 50 quid for it. Anybody have any ideas when the mods for fallout are out on the xbox? Will add longevity to the game.

That's my main problem with nice looking games, it seems you only get one or the other, a choice between Gameplay or visual aspects.

The witcher 3 be an exception due to the fact that it's been in production for about 4 years and CD Projekt's only other project was Cyberpunk 2077 (due for release in 2017) which they haven't even bothered with yet as they were too heavily involved with witcher 3.

I think sometimes developers take on too much that they can handle, when Bethesda are half way through developing one game they're starting on their next!
I wouldn't be surprised if they started on the next Elder Scrolls game during development of Fallout 4.

They're a big enough company to focus on 2 games at once. Think people overhyped fallout 4 but it is brilliant and I'm thoroughly enjoying it.

The graphics are a let down though considering it being next gen.

When or will we ever get a game like this without loading screens......that is the dream

well, i'm 20hrs in to the game and done 3 missions LOL

really enjoying this game and scavenging around places

some downsides to mention for PC gamers with good set ups: -

the frame rate is set at 60fps, but there is a way to unlock the fps by editing the INI file, but beware of screen tearing

there is mouse input lag and no way to turn it off in game....again, this can be edited in the INI files

Field of view (FOV) is locked at around 60-70, most FPS games run at around 80-90 and there is no way to change the FOV in game.....again, this can be edited in the INI files....i have mine set to 95 now, but be aware that when you increase your FOV your FPS will drop as it needs to render more on the screen, so you may have to drop your in game graphics settings slighty to give you a FPS above 60

Really looking forward to it! Got high hopes, I think CD Projekt RED are the best around at the moment.
