Father son & daughter tragedy

Found it strange they re-opened the pool so quickly. And who the fuck would want to swim in it the day after that happened?

The Hotel say the pool has been inspected and deemed completely safe.

How could they conclude that so quickly? For proper inspection the whole pump and filtration system would have to be dismantled and taken away to be checked by experienced engineers. The pool drained. Ditto for all the pools in the resort. It would take weeks or months for full analysis.

It sounds like a janitor simply swished his fingertips around in the water for a few seconds, and said, “Yeah, all’s fine here, lads.”

I know a couple of the top brass at this company, or at least I did a few years ago when I had reason to deal with a lot of the timeshare resorts
Think it’s safe to say I wouldn’t trust a single one of them and the fact that the pool has been deemed safe so soon isn’t a surprise.
They have pretty deep pockets and contacts.

My thoughts exactly, very very strange outcome.surely it was a crime scene,

Thought I read somewhere that the young girl lost her footing on the sloping floor of the pool and (unable to swim, apparently) she had no floor to stand and started to drown. Her dad and brother jumped in to try to help her, but they couldn't swim either. Desperately sad series of events.
