Re: FC United fan's request for fraudulent letters (p14)

Both parties overstepped there boundaries when it came to getting names on paper, but being honest names on paper mean fx$k all...So i dont know why MES keeps on with it...As for the loan, Like MES said "Apparently" fcum have been offered a loan...Yes. but not taken as of yet!! 200k is the shortfall. MES asks how will this be paid back??

Rent paid to Bury = 22 games 132k
Gate monies = 374k (will increase once the move happens)
Catering/Beer = 330k
FA Cup run = 1mill

As you can see there's more than enough to cover a small loan, and before you say anything....Gate monies covers the cost of running a non-league football club. plus there's lots of other ways to gain extra income...

I see your still yet to answer Andy question on wildlife...?

Brownsite v Greensite They both have wildlife living on and around,

Are you seriously trying to tell me that FC United's FA Cup run brought them £1 million in profit?

7 matches in total, 4 at home, 3 away, total attendance of 26,246. Even if I assume you get 100% of all gate receipts, home and away (which is clearly VERY inaccurate as you will share some of all of them) and the cost is £10 a ticket (again a little on the high side) then you'd only get just slightly more than £250k from ticket sales. Are you telling me you got 3 times that from match day sales, TV rights, prize money etc?! Bollocks.

And, even if I were to believe the above, are you suggesting a one off run by a team in as low a league as FC United to the FA Cup 2nd Round can be treated as the norm? If not then you need to dramatically reduce the £1M you think you got. Put it this way, FC United lost in the 2nd Qualifying round this year, after needing a replay to beat Woodley Sports, to Lancaster. That's only 3 matches, and 2,584 people watching. £10 a head = just slightly more than £25k, again, even with match day sales and prize money a LOT lower than the £1M you claim from the previous season. Can't really use this as a way of showing how you'd pay off any debts.

And with that rent, FCUM are not paying business rates (£15,000 pa according to your business plan), you will have to pay for groundstaff (wages plus all equipment needed), electricity and water bills, insurance for the premises, ongoing maintenance costs.
What evidence do you have that the gate money will increase when you move? The attendances have been decreasing each year since the first season. Naturally there will be the usual first season curiosity that every team gets when moving to a new ground, but once the novelty has worn off, it will be back to the hard core. You may gain some north Manchester support, but may lose some Bury support? Swings and roundabouts.
And good luck with the million on the cup run!

As for the wildlife, exactly how many species (especially protected) are living on or reliant on the site opposite COMS to live? Then compare that with the wildlife down in Broadhurst Clough.

What did the ''no'ers'' do that overstepped the boundary? Openly collecting signatures from Mary D's?
Every person signing in there put their own name and address on it and it was submitted as such.
How can you compare that to dishonestly submitting letters of support that have had M40 names and addresses added to them, knowingly sent in by people outside M40 - and indeed outside Greater Manchester for that very purpose?
The reason 'MES keeps on about it' is the council and FCUM keep on using the figure of 2400 odd 'M40 letters' as evidence that local people are behind this development. I'd like to know exactly how many were sent in under false pretenses.

The 1Mill was tongue n cheek for our cup run next year...1Mill to the winners. But i,m glad you did your homework.

I aint barking on about the letters...coz like i said there useless. you can have that argument with my buddy...and what you saying now!! we cant afford to pay our business taxes and bills. come on... add up the figures(and there on the low side) as for staff its all unpaid and will stay the same when we move.

As for the wildlife....It doesnt matter if its a vole or rat its still a living creature, i agree tho its an eyesore and needs to be built on, and it will benefit the whole of Manchester, Broadhurst wasnt our choice but we need to take whats offered to us. and i,m sure there be green land left over, so they shouldnt be any problems taking your dog for a shit. Why dont you get a tree house built or call some friends from the occupy movement, maybe they can help...all else seems lost now!!

You aint barking on about the letters because you know regardless of them being ''useless'' (your words) letters were obtained under a scam to present the support for the stadium to appear to be local. Just admit it happened..... why can't you?

I didn't say you cannot afford rates and bills etc, You said that you can pay the loan back as you will have all this money over as you wont be paying Bury anymore money. I was merely pointing out that instead of paying Bury rent, you will have a whole host of other outgoings instead, that I suspect (though no doubt you will pull figures out from somewhere) will be equal / higher than the cost of renting Gigg Lane over a season.

Re: FC United fan's request for fraudulent letters (p14)

Right I know FC United were set up to appose Glazer but we all know there not arsed and watch both teams. So how long is it before they set up a partnership with United and give United a B team to use like Barca do? Then they can send all there youngsters there to get games?
