I aint barking on about the letters...coz like i said there useless. you can have that argument with my buddy...and what you saying now!! we cant afford to pay our business taxes and bills. come on... add up the figures(and there on the low side) as for staff its all unpaid and will stay the same when we move.

You aint barking on about the letters because you know regardless of them being ''useless'' (your words) letters were obtained under a scam to present the support for the stadium to appear to be local. Just admit it happened..... why can't you?

I didn't say you cannot afford rates and bills etc, You said that you can pay the loan back as you will have all this money over as you wont be paying Bury anymore money. I was merely pointing out that instead of paying Bury rent, you will have a whole host of other outgoings instead, that I suspect (though no doubt you will pull figures out from somewhere) will be equal / higher than the cost of renting Gigg Lane over a season.

Ha Admit what? you know more than me when it comes to letters...your bloody obsessed with them. Yes i.. and like many more signed letters and put there correct post codes down...as for the others.. i dunno maybe, maybe not, but if its a really pain for ya...take it up with the police if you think there's serious fraud going on. As for the figures, why would i wanna pull figures out of somewhere?? when i,ve posted them above for all to see(on the low side may i say.) Psst dont forget the 500k the fans raised over the last 3 years...Oh did i forget Merchandise, and you can shove the 100k for shirt sponsor...it aint wanted and aint needed. so i can safely say if the 200k loan was taken, there wouldnt be an issue paying it back...can we put this one to bed now??

Check out FCUM's business plan
<a class="postlink" href="http://www.fc-utd.co.uk/mcsf/FCUM%20Moston%20Business%20Plan%20Nov%201st%202011.pdf" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.fc-utd.co.uk/mcsf/FCUM%20Mos ... 202011.pdf</a>
It states the first year over all profit will be (post tax) £82.000. So how much of that would pay the loan off? And that is assuming that all the targets (crowds are up, bookings for the function rooms are as planned, bookings on the astroturf / classrooms etc etc etc) are as planned. That is a lot of projected targets.

But for local people, the issue is you can plead ''the business plan (and it being on the low side'') as long as you like.... it's a plan. It's a financial gamble, as any new business venture is. For the residents living around the park the plan is a nightmare. Unfortunately for the local residents they will have to live with it if it is a success or not - they have no choice. Glossy brochures or ''promises of being a good neighbour'' doesn't offer any comfort to those on the doorstep, who bought their house in good faith that the land around them was a green and covenanted area of land.
But don't you worry about that, you just keep on getting on with getting your new stadium regardless of what is going on around it.
Oh, where do you live underthemoonlight?

Re: FC United fan's request for fraudulent letters (p14)

FC United’s problems aren’t helped by the fact that self styled hooligan and Red Army General Tony O’Neill has been known to show up at a number of grounds during their matches, although his Police minders usually bar his way from entering. While incidents of hooliganism remain at a very low level for FCUM, associations with firms such as the Red Army is bad for their fledgling reputation, even if the firms all originate from Manchester United.

Not this one.

MES I'd have thought you'd know this one...maybe you missed that one on our forum.
