A report prepared for councillors said: “In terms of a Saturday (or Sunday) clash with either playing at the same time or a staggered kick off, the assessment concludes that the sections of highway identified above did not experience any undue stress or congestion over and above existing conditions.

“Indeed, the assessment concluded that the traffic flows around the study area were significantly lower than those experienced during a typical working weekday.”

Proof you can make stats say whatever you want. I bet they have done an average from the whole day instead of just tracking before and after the match
 
I recall their original planning application and one of the issues looked at was noise level and they had an expert monitor the noise levels at a game at Gigg Lane and reported that it wasn't excessive blah blah blah.
They gave the details of which game was monitored and it turned out it was a night game with the 2nd or 3rd lowest attendance of the season.
Objectors asked the council for a more detailed study and noise being monitored for a game with a larger attendance given the club were claiming much bigger numbers would be attending in Moston. Council didn't give a shit.

Do a 24 hour rolling sports breaking news that Stockport and Harrogate should both be expelled for (insert any dubious reason here)....... and Crass of 92 amd the Moston Rag Socks be given a bye to the first round proper, no, 3rd round proper and given a TV date (which Moston Rag Socks will protest at - waving the TV companies away with one hand whilst taking the cash with the other)

one love (bollocks) the lad 2 doors up from me goes to all 3 clubs and is a season ticket holder in the BIG club hahhahhahaah
i don't get it why FCUM let them in its not just him but a big bunch of turn coats going to all 3 and many are known and go in the big boy shirts and scarfs colours hahahahaha

and they want to play the home games on the same day as manchester city hahahahha
