Re: Slurgie **Confirmed Retired** (merged)

All this excitement about us beating United under Moyes can I just point to our record against Moyes and a far lesser team. Now not for one minute do I think this new United will be anywhere near the equal of any from recent past history but Moyes has a hoodoo over us and let's hope he leaves it at Goodison.

Not listening to any sports media today why should I have to hear endless tributes to that piece of garbage.

Ironic how its been timed to coincide with FA Cup final this weekend. Egomaniac obviously wanted the spotlight on him.

This is a fucking disaster. If Mourinho ends up there it will stop us in our tracks and it will show even more why we fucked up last summer when we had the chance to pull away.
Are you for real ! smoking carpet ? :) Evry team can get who they want so why are you focused on them ?

I really don't undertand football fans ( unlike many sports) always focusing on other teams instead of their own Mourinho or the Pope himself City need to try to do better no matter who is in charge of other teams

Re: Slurgie **Confirmed Retired** (merged)

Lou Macari on RTE saying that Mourinho, 50, is too old for United and they'll go with the young David Moyes, 50, instead .
Paddy Crerand's angry dismissal of Ferguson rumours on Irish radio just hours before Fergie Retires.

I can't stop fucking laughing.

He has a home game on Sunday. It will be to do with that, not the fact we are playing in a competition they have nothing to do with. The papers will have done with their reporting of todays news by Saturday, and will carry on with it again on Monday when they have reports and pictures of their game.
Relax.

hmmmm, doesn't quite work that one, it would if his name were tom, or john, or even josh, just not jose.

Most United fans cacking themselves as Moyes doesn't have any European experience.

And how many domestic trophies has he won again?

Surely he meant whine.

Re: Slurgie **Confirmed Retired** (merged)

the manure board will want someone they can put in charge and remain there for a long time....this does not fit the mourinho mould. And if it were mourinho we have nothing to fear.

Let it be Moyes...let it be moyes

Re: Slurgie **Confirmed Retired** (merged)

Some on Redcafe claiming Moyes' would be a Fergie appointment, but then weren't the Glazers virtually a Fergie appointment after he fell out with the racehorse owner JP McManus?
He's not exactly been their best advocate, but done very nicely himself out of these deals.
