Funny thing is Jose is the same age but with a totally different pedigree and trophy haul.
 
The worst thing Moyse could have is the spectre of Fergie in the Directors' box - he'll be forever in his shadow. Which is just how Wilf McGuiness was if my memory serves me rightly when Matt Busby went 'upstairs.'
