Apparently he is going to be made a lord. FFS.

He should noway be able to allowed to step foot in to the House of Lords. He would be shite at making a speech. Would probably be in the bar anyway most of the day!

Thought he was a staunch socialist, what a two faced twa*

while i in no way support the idea of ferguscum being made a lord, your understanding of socialism is very wide of the mark if you believe all strands of socialism want to be rid of the monarchy and the honors system

So has anyone read anything approaching the truth in todays papers ie liar, hypocrite, bully? Or is it all blowing smoke up his arse?

The media's elevation of this man to god-like status has set the standard for many of the problems in todays game - where winning covers all sins and behaviour

I'm sure when all this totally cringeworthy adulation dies down then some journalist will break ranks and tell the truth about the bully from Trafford . Once this happens I suspect and hope we will see a series of articles emerge in the press telling it how it is when the fear of retribution has been lifted.

Something isn't right about him going so suddenly and before the end of the season, they could of done this after the last game and jointly announced the new manager. Something is being covered up, something big.

When Robert Maxwell first died the press (and not just his own publications) was full to the brim of eulogies about "the man who saved the Mirror". It took a while for the hyenas to be sure that the corpse was cold before they feasted upon it.
