It’s more about what Pep thinks he can do. If he thinks he can play 20 games next season, then it’s a no brainer.

I doubt that yet with the next Fernandinho but he probably sees him as a valuable squad player. Its all down to Khaldoon, Soriano and Bergiristain for the contract bit.
