I remember SalfordPaul 100% used to have a contact who worked at The Bridgewater, if anyone knows him can they ask him if he can confirm if Fernandinho is there / been there today?

Goal reckons we're paying £25million + £5million extra in future incentives, £100,000/week wages. That's a huge outlay but it's hard to care since we're genuinely improving the squad.
I trust other sources more. They say 23 million +addon ons 100.000 a week sounds like BS. why would he get that and Jesus 45/w

I can confirm fernandinho as been at bridgewater hospital for a medical, as me & my son had inside information he was there so went down and my son got a pic & autograph

Just seen this, great news, think he'll be our most important signing for CL next season. Surprised Sky have not got on to this yet.

That's great, thanks for that mate. Would it be possible to post the photo on here? No problem if not, just be interesting to see. Thanks.

I don't think anyone really bothers with SSN now, what with the amount of things you can find out on Twitter, for example. MEN have it, talksport have it too. Sky will run it when everyone already knows. Poor really.

Spanish sources have reported that Navas is set to earn 2.5M Euro p/a net.

What's the tax for highest earners over here? Something like 45%?

2.5M Euro is equal to around £2126278.

£2126278/0.55 = £3865960

£3865960/52 equals just under £75,000 p/w

My maths/info on taxes could be well off here but his gross wages will be well above £45k p/w.

*attempts reverse psychology*

He won't post the picture on here because he didn't go down or get a picture.

Surely it won't be £100,000/week? It's a bit too much in my opinion, but I agree at least we are improving our squad!

Goal are on the ball these days, especially when it comes to us so I would trust their figures.
It is a lot but 100k a week is not far off average for the top clubs so only normal he should get that also considering his quality.

I don't see us signing him meaning the end for Barry and or Garcia, we can't go into next season with Yaya, Fernandinho, Rodwell and Razak! Milner I know can play there but he is more utilized as a wide man for us.

I reckon Barry will stay and Garcia, strength in depth will be crucial if the season goes as planned.

He is the most exciting signing for me this summer, more than Navas, Isco and even Cavani.

Not if we sign Thiago and Vidal. They would both be gone
