Does anyone get the feeling Torres could be in Dubai/Abu Dhabi on holiday, getting the pants charmed off him being visited by royalty?
I observed roy hodgson, when interviewed about torres, was extremely careful, deliberate imo,not to reveal his current location.

Is there some sort of mystery to his whereabouts at the moment?

Anybody got a link to the Hodgeson interview?

Comments from Ancelotti this afternoon, via the Telegraph. He could be bullshitting of course:

..... The Chelsea manager has also cooled his interest in Fernando Torres, although he has not completely ruled out a move.

Liverpool are desperate to hang on to the Spanish striker but would be forced into considering a big offer, with rising debts at Anfield continuing to cause unrest.

Liverpool want at least £50 million for Torres and now Ancelotti claims he is happy with his current squad of players. "Nothing has changed. We have lots of good strikers so we don't need more," he said.

"I am very happy to continue with this squad as we have won the Double – I am happy to carry on with this team.

"I don't think we will do anything differently. We will do our best in the Premier League and in Europe, but I don't think we need much change.

"I don't know what will happen until the end of the transfer window but I am happy at the moment."

Maybe Torres now stays because he thinks J. Cole is the Business and they can finally win the Premier League?

What about the other 5 or 6 shit players they need to replace ?

not botherd about Torres, i think we should up the stakes for Dzeko a far better player, although the two of them would be handy.

Torres off to a secret destination per private jet. Maybe Abu Dhabi?
