Fernando vs Garcia

An excellent performance,he put himself about superbly,breaking play and keeping it simple,exactly why he was purchased.
 
Completely different player from Fernandinho, but both can deliver some excellent performances and at the moment it does seem like both our suited to complement Yaya.
 
Nothing between the two, as it stands, for me.

Although, Javi was great in the air.
 
He needs time to settle into the team no matter what he will get better and better as the season goes on. Going into the Roma game think the 3 in midfield is key so thats Fernando , Fernadhino and maybe Lampard as we were over run last time against them.
 
A bit harsh comparing Fernando ' s start to javi garcia last season, considering javi had already been here a year and got a consistent run in the team before showing his best stuff. Why don't you compare Fernando ' s start to garcia ' start... better.

Fernando is clearly going to be better imo. He needs to me to settle into the team's style and also the premier league. Stupid stupid thread.

Fernandinho is the one though:D

He was superb on Saturday and superb against Bayern, both games he played in a 3. Coincidence?
