Sheikh Mansour trusts both of them and that will do for me.

Sheikh Mansour has a lot of money and was kind enough to invest some of it in MCFC. However, he is not a football genius and relies upon advisers. It would be no disrespect to him to admit that he'd been badly advised.

Blind faith in a very rich man for the sake of it seems a bit misguided.

These two are and will take our club forward.

I'm sure he trusts his many advisors and doesn't place blind faith in them either

Bang on. Bobby wanted De Rossi or Martinez but ended up hoping Garcia was a bargain buy, he's gash.

Not to mention RVP. Cheers Marwood, you utter tube.

You may as well add Messi,Iniesta and Ronaldo to that list if you're gonna play fantasy football.

It does make you wonder how 99.9% of managers cope.......

99.9% of managers manage clubs with the average buying power of Oldham Athletic. The remaining 0.1% manage the elite cubs who buy the Ronaldo's, the Bales, the RVP's, the Aguero's.

Its an unfair world.

If bob had been properly backed last year we would of probably won the league and pushed on in the CL. We didn't as we never replaced De Jong (Garcia is wank) who was a great shield for the defense. Or replaced AJ who was a great impact sub and scored some vital goals coming of the bench for us.

Don't understand why people keep bringing this up. We had 4 big name strikers already at the club three of which Mancini signed, so you can't say the club didn't back him.

It most certainly is as the rest of the Prem discovered when we started throwing the money around like there was no tomorrow, unfortunately for Bob,due to financial restraints and possibly our owners deciding he had already been provided with ample funds to build a sufficient, balanced squad........ reality bit,and the cash was no longer as free flowing, however, lets not forget he was still funded to the tune of 50m........

After our wondersome PL win, we failed to invest correctly.
That was due to a power struggle between our Spanish amigos and Mancini...one had to win.
The Spanish amigos succeeded at the cost of us losing a possible strengthening season.
Whey hey power

We spent around 90m on new players in the summer again more than most if not all the clubs expected to be challenging us for the premiership this season.

As for the Mancini versus MP debate its pretty meaningless in terms of what is ahead and the many problems the side has at present and what needs to be done to rectify it for the better.

The only thing I will say is that for what my opinion is worth at least as far the premiership is concerned I would back Mancini in with the same players over MP any day of the week.

Until someone who is better credentialled to make us more competitive both domestically and in Europe with the squad that we assemble becomes available we have to stick with and support who we have simple as.

I always want the side to be successful and that usually means security of tenure for the manager so naturally I want MP to see out his contract and review it from there.

Just like MP will be judged and be accountable for the on field success of the club so will Ferran and Txiki be judged on the success of their appointments.

Its a poor look for them if MP fails especially after splashing out another 90mill on players and already strong vibes that our back four is not up to the standard required to compete strongly for the title crying out for a class CB to support Vinny or replace Vinny if he continues to be a sicknote and a keeper who plays for his country that isn't considered dependable enough at present to do the job.

Both will be out the club by end of the season. Took Roman 4 seasons to realise that sacking Mourinho was wrong.
