its complicated to join but if you go on the xbox live menu then the proclub championship menu and either search for Manchester North End (Abrv:MNE) or ill add you as a freind so you can view friends clubs and join that way

its a setting that means you have to be more presise because usually the computer assists you in directing shots/passes

It's WELL HARD the first time you try it, then after you've got the jist of it then it's not bad at all, more of a challenge for yourself if you find yourself beating the computer easy all the time.
