Francis Lee vs Norwich City 8th September 1973 at the North Stand end, stood with my Dad, aged 8, in the Kippax next to the Platt Lane end. He had been taking me to reserve team matches, every time we were at home, from about 1969. You could go any where in the ground then, it was only a few years after that it was only the Main Stand that would be open for the reserves. Used to stand on the old Claremont Land before the North Stand was built.
