The class way to do things is by keeping quiet and going about your business plan without blabbing it to all and sundry.

He has made a rod for his own back and City by giving the world media a stick to hit us with if it all goes tits up.

He also has had a right go at Bobby in the public domain, double standards as far as I can see. Ferran did NOT have to air our dirty washing in public but he chose to do so.

Bobby up to this moment has chosen to keep his council and I respect him for that.

There is always one......

Some just refuse to accept he`s gone.As an inner myself,we have to move on,irrespective of how we see things from the outside.
The new manager will certainly get my backing as I support MCFC and not the Manager. All those who decided to have a pop at "the Barca Duo" must be eating humble pie after the last 48 hours of superb positive media attention.
I`ve said it before so I aint going to apologise "action speaks louder than words",something which should convince even the most blinkered Blue Eye,that we are in the more than capable hands of HH,Khaldoon,Soriano and the rest of the Board.

Yep! I would be one of them. Though this was due to the silence since 10th may until today...

That piece in the Telegraph is what we all wanted to hear!

Backstabbing Spaniard in having long term plan shocker!

Great interview. We're lucky to have Ferran and Txiki. His comments about Pep do make you wonder why he didn't want to come straight to City. Maybe he didn't fancy going straight into another head to head against Mourinho.
It does sound that he is nailed on to come here.

Looking forward to meeting you on the 8th mate.

Why? They haven't said anything new. Don't foist your ignorance on other inners.

EH? Last week they hadn't said anything and were getting dogs abuse for that, and now they've not said anything new? Sure ...

Bobby will have signed a non disclosure agreement
Or he just has a bit of class and doesnt want to shit stir...

If Roberto Mancini signed a non-disclosure agreement the club will have done the same. Roberto Mancini has class.

As for the rest of the interview, ask me in 2 years time, I might keep this article somewhere safe and refer to it then.

ONWARD AND UPWARD WITH MANCHESTER CITY, THE BOYS IN BLUE NEVER GIVE IN.
That's not the way it works though.

Saving all the positives in one move made it worthwhile though. And thanks for at least having the balls to come out and eat humble pie mate.

Lucky to have them?
THE JURY IS VERY DEFINITELY OUT.
They lost us the Cup final with their inept handling of Barcelona leaks about Pellegrini.
They will certainly have to win a trophy a year or they will be toast - as they would have fallen behind their targets. Effing ridiculous targets - but hey - if you live by the sword...

And you have proof of this nonsense.Thought eleven players and subs would have been blamed first and foremost. Then again some people can`t see the woods for the trees.

Nothing new there. Everyone ought to have grasped what we are doing now. As a model and vision, I really like the Barcelona model though and of all, and if I had a free choice it'd be the one I'd have. I just don't think we're as far down the road as they think, we're right at the start as far as I'm concerned, and I'm not sure they have the understanding in how to accelerate the process having arrived half way through at Barcelona.

If he wants harmony in the stands though, maybe he's best off telling Vicky Kloss to lay off the slagging off of Mancini through her briefed journos. As most City fans hold Mancini in reverence, that sort of shit is counter-productive besides being stupid and unnecessary. If Mancini had gone off on one, I'd understand the need for the club to defend itself, but Mancini has been very classy and has done but one thing in paying for a superb ad thanking the fans. The club let itself down and wasn't very on-message with its own bloody message of harmony.

agree,i didnt like the if you disagree with sacking booby then its your problem and basically he doesnt give a shit what anyone things, guess that means us? not much interest in what we think. the rest of the plans are good but he seems somewhat divorced from fans
