Wigan and QPR so far away midweek (until Sky pick the Monday night games)

Southampton at home is a decent one to start on...it feels like the season is closer to starting then it is!

First 3 months the only top 6 side we play is Arsenal, very kind, could seriously be running away with it!

if we can continue with the form that we ended the season with,we will be v happy.that said wigan should then be 2nd

I don't quite agree that our start to the season is as straightforward as it seems.

We dropped points in ten fixtures last season. We now face 5 of those same fixtures in the first 8 games.

Assuming 3 points on the first day, if we then returned the same results this year, we'd have 14 points after 8 games. Didnt we have 24 points after 8 games last year?

I thing i like about that fixture list is everything is spaced out nicely..

There are no bunches of fixtures against the top teams during the same month..
