Food & Drink Prices - Next Season

I sometimes eat in the stadium before the game - much prefer it to the vans outside.

Never attempt it at half time, but pre-game I've not found any problems. Food is surprisingly good and there are almost always staff waiting to serve you at that time...

I take it you are in the mancunian lounge.

High prices I can begrudgingly live with.
Its the crap food and even crappier service that does my head in!
I couldn't get a pint at half time at the Norwich game because ' the barrell needed changing' FFS! 47,000 people in the stadium and the half time rush for a pint takes them by surprise! Just who is running our catering?

They can't even boil water - genuinely! I've stopped having a Bovril when I get to get to the game because the water is luke warm at best.

Will the prices go up due to Jamie Oliver? Well he isin't doing it for nothing his he?You bet they will go up!
Boiling water destroys the taste of the Bovril.

Most complain about the prices but there are still long queues before kick off and at half time so I doubt anything will get cheaper.

This and only This.

The endless complaints about the Food and Drink at the Matches are probably the same people still buying it. So nothing changes.

I still buy Beer at the Star Bar (although I have vowed to stop this due to finances) and the service isn't to bad actually but Food/drink inside the stadium is poor and I haven't bought Food for a long time.

The quality may improve over the Cockney One but I can see Prices rising.

I think the prices for food in the Etihad is fucking ridiculous

But they have a captive audience so they know if someone is hungry they will pay it

To be fair though...everything is going that way

Remember when going to the cinema used to be a cheap option for a night out?

It's only captive for 2 hours if you can't go 2 hours mid afternoon without food you have a problem.

at the taste testing session I mentioned previous, when asked about the prices,we were told its in line with other places......for example the airport, cinema, service stations! I gave up when then they said. Course they can compare with those places, because they are just a total rip off too,esp the airport and on the plane.

Yea, soon as Fans (of all clubs) wake up and realise the Club are taking the piss out of them the better for our game.

I don't mind paying extra in places such as the Cinema as I what go there a few times a year. I'm at City stadium every other week and my bank balance notices this.

I rarely use the kiosks but for some its handy to grab a bite to eat if they have finished work late, stuck in traffic or maybe come from far away to attend. night matches especially.

for those reasons they should be served hot tasty food at a reasonable price.
