I've been City for 5 years, won every cup possible even the England manager as well.

Anyone know a good team to be in the Championship?

you need to man up and manage someone like aldershot. I won the FA cup while in the championship with them, then went on to win the europa league and the european super cup whilst finishing 4th in the prem.

All went to shit the following season though.

It gets boring with teams like that for me, I was Newport County and got bored after like an hour, I might be someone like QPR.

After getting bored with being City and Espanyol i decided to go to the editor and create my local team. Took over Vauxhall in the BSN and gave myself a big budget and made Shaun Goater my owner. Also put Maine Road as my ground and Platt Lane as reserves stadium.

Won the BSN with ease. Only brought in the odd loanee and some free transfers. Finished with 101 points and scored 111 goals.

Then won BSP on 104 points and scored 131 goals. Again only brought in frees and loans because no-one would join as my reputation was the lowest in the league.

In 3rd season i won League 2 with 111 points scoring 124 goals. Still couldnt attract any decent players.

4th season i won League 1. 107 points and 149 goals scored. My best player was Graham Dicks. Finished top scorer with 33 goals. Also got another star in Amarilla. All my top players where regens who cost less than £1m each.

I then won the Championship at the 1st time of asking and was buzzing to reach the prem so quickly. That made it 5 promotions in 5 years. Again i went up as champs beating Leicester who where 2nd on the last day to finish on 96 points, 3 clear. Scored 130 goals. My best player was Charles Nwachukwu. Plays on the left wing and finished with 14 goals and 34 assists in 40 games.

So far in the prem im doing ok. I lost to Arsenal 6-1 in 1st game and then 5-2 to Liverpool. Since then ive beaten Villa 2-1, drew 3-3 with Chelsea and beaten Southampton 6-0. Also got offered the Uruguay job so i took it. Only played 2 friendlies so far but my aim is to win the prem and champs league with my club side and win the World Cup with Uruguay.

Have two City seasons:

1 is where I do anything, and have built up a pretty good squad. From memory, it's
Hart; Marcelo, Varane, Kjaer/Jones, Srna; Pastore, Fabregas, Agyei, Wilshere; Sanogo, Babacar
I can throw in Bale or Milner on the wings if I want too.
Won the league every season, Champs League 3 seasons in a row and that's about it. Always lose in the friggin cups, pisses me off!
Oh yeah, and I won the Euros with England, WITHOUT Rooney!! Frigging miracle! Jay Emmanuel-Thomas pulled me through

2nd season is where I only buy players under-23. I think it's pretty much the same City team as we usually have. I bought Hazard and Babacar though. Won the league in my only season. I think that warrants getting the job in real life to be honest.


On a side-note, anyone rate Milner on this game? They guy is class!!

Boro isn't bad, fairly decent budget and the owner only expects play-off place. Need to keep hold of Wheater and Kevin Thomson is absolute class in the game as a defensive CM.

I dislike playing City in FM - the game is just way too easy playing as City, maybe we'll get a few FM kiddies swapping to support City from it :-)

I love this game.

i started at porto and won the treble of the league and 2 cups, falcao scored 36 goals in only 22 games.
signed a guy called fredy montero who had a similar goal record, stayed for another season winning the league, then left cus of money for wages not being high enough, having signed gervinho and maduro.

became the denmark manager, didnt even play 1 game with them and england came in for me, i took over england and city came in for me. so now im city and england manager and touted as the next big manager,

so addictive, haha

I'm playing Fulham, very good game, my mates playing West Brom. We're about 3 seasons in, he won the CC and I the FA Cup, just qualified for CL and can start buying decent players rather than has-beens.

No point paying for it when you can get it for free so easily nowadays. If you know what your doing with torrents then go on piratebay and get it for free.
