Going to start a Bury game, after saving over my Everton/Athletico game I can't get into one!

With Bury i got rid of Mozika, John-Lewis, Futcher, Carlton and all the reserves and under 18s. This frees up a few grand on wages and then i go after the best frees out there. If hes on your game try and get Vladimir Yurchenko. Hes good enough to play in the championship straight away but he will join. On my save he was still in my team when i got the prem. Livaja is also good, only 16 but is banned for quite a while but its worth taking the risk with him.

Getting bored of the Prem in fm, after 5 years, City are always the best team in the league unless you go Arsenal/Chelsea/(Wouldn't know, haven't went them) so I'm stuck between Liverpool or Spurs.

Bring Liverpool back to the glory days or make Spurs the best team in the league.

For discipline, I have a simple rule:

2 Yellows:Warning
Straight red with 1 game ban: Fine 1 weeks wages
Straight red with 3 game ban: Fine 2 weeks wages

Never had any complaints really since that. A couple talk to you to say they were unhappy, but if you stand up for your decision they have always backed down.

I use the same but Balotelli takes offence to anything even if you praise him so when he gets sent off I just leave it as he is trouble even on FM

Balo and I have had a bit of a fall out - he's in the ressies and has just received his eleventh two week wage fine for missing trng! He's even tried taking me to some sports court (or something like that) and they told him to sod off! He was not that good for me from the off. Still the rest of the game is going great although bloody Barca have beaten me in the Champs League final on penalties for two years on the trot!

I've got Barcelona in the final of the CL as well. Beat Bayern 7-0 at home in the semi 1st leg :)

Anyone know how to improve fitness? Wilshere can't even finish a game.

Look at a players stamina and if it is poor going to the players profile and click on training you will see several drop down boxes, click on the one called individual training focus and then select stamina. If there stamina is very good yet they cant complete matches then they have poor natural fitness which cant be improved. Only thing is play him less often and give him a rest now and then.

Really need help with tactics and formation for my City side, everything i try just doesnt seem to work and i end up getting the sack.

Managing City is one of the easiest jobs on FM 2011 but anyway try a 4-2-3-1 formation with Barry/Yaya and De Jong in the centre and Tevez as a playmaker, Dzeko up front and wingers Silva/AJ
I used this formation all the time and I ended up winning everything apart from the Europa League (Because I played the youth team in it)

Cheers tried this against Utd in the 3rd rnd of the FA cup and was 3-0 down after 10 mins !!!!!!!

I know its very attacking but if you can get yourself 2 top centre backs and a class dm then you'll win everything as even Jo would score 30 goals a season.

Started a seaosn with Santos and managed to sign JO on loan ! Also managed to hold onto Neymar and Paulo Henrique and i also have Elano on my books so hoping to storm the league !

I've just bought Messi for £147m in the fourth season. He should be my missing link. To be honest, I've got two young lads who are good attacking mids but they aren't ready yet for prolonged first team football. Turan wasn't a flop, but I feel that his large wages were wasted due to him not playing that often so he went as part of a clearout. I've now got a much smaller and tighter squad, but with a great mixture of ages and I'm pretty sure now that I have at least one young player for every position that will be coming through in the next five years all at differing stages.
