Formula 1 2022

The BBC and members of Bluemoon get confused, so the rules are wrong even though they are clearly written.

Critisise the FIA without knowing the rules, but then when they are provided either pretend not to understand them just to save face, or just can't be wrong.

They aren't provided! Re-read the regulations. That stipulation isn't clearly written or defined that a race that is resumed but having a reduced distance receives maximum points.

Under that premise you could, theoretically, start the race, red flag it, postpone restarting for a couple of hours, resume, complete 5 laps, winner get 25 points, because the race was "resumed" and the reduced points total system no longer applies.

Maybe your opinion is correct but the rules are wrong. I get it.
More the rules aren't defined and as a result created an unnecessary talking point that could easily have been avoided had they clarified it within their own rule book.

I'm not a Max hater, i'm not a Max fan. I, like many others, simply have no idea how the FIA awarded maximum points when, after checking their own regulations and rules, saw nothing that clarified or justified it. It's not "my opinion", i'd just like for the FIA to have definable rules to work off of, is all.

The fact that a lot of those closely involve in F1 didn't have clue what was going on and that the FIA had to explain themselves shows just how f*cked up the rules were.

Like him or not, and most on here don't, he's been streets (circuits?) ahead of anyone else this year. By far the most consistent driver.
Indeed.

Mercedes and Ferrari have properly fucked themselves team and cars wise this year.

Driving a car round a track should not be this complicated.

Was thinking the same after last season's final race ! That was a farce and it sounds abit confusing this time round lol.

Glad I dont bother with f1 it sounds more confusing than VAR. I couldn't take two confusing sports !
