If you factor in only goal contributions from open play this season, then Jesus's contributions per 90 minutes trump Mahrez's, especially in big games.

Mahrez has been arguably been one of our best offensive players this season and 23 goals scored to some extent backs this up. I don't want Gabby to leave, but unfortunately with the pending arrivals of Haaland and Alvarez, i think he may feel his opportunities will be limited next season.

Agreed if rumours are true,it’s a step down for him although he’d be playing every game for them .

Is his partner British? If she is, then (if he is to leave) Arsenal would be a good option. If not, AC Milan seems perfect because he is a fan of the club and Milan’s two forwards are Ibra and Giroud who are both ageing.
