I didn't say that Marca have bad sources, but everything they print is for Madrid's benefit. In this case to appease their fans. Bale isn't even a target for them this window - Marca knows that, Suarez is their real target.FrancoisToure said:GHoddle said:Marca is Real Madrid's mouthpiece. Yeah...we know. Though they said Isco was going to Real when it was 100% certain he was coming here.

Along with Schneider,Thiago,Fabregas.........
Seriously though..is he going to Madrid?? Will this signal ronaldos departure to England...?
if true madrid are coming with 85 million spurs have to sell,he is worth nowhere near that 50 i could understand but 85 jesus wept, spurs could buy 3 or 4 top players with thatjay_mcfc said:There is zero per cent doubt that Spurs would cash in on him. However, they probably think he is worth £80m+ whilst other clubs might not pay more than £60m.

Add Soldado, keep Bale, and maybe add one other to last seasons team, remembering that they already have got Paulinho and you've got a team that with a bit of luck could challenge for the title.

not a chance, add a right back a left back and 2 centre halves then maybe but until then theyl always be a soft touch compared to us rags chelseaMarvin said:Providing he stays fit, why would spurs sell?

Not even close. Reasonable in midfield, average up front and at the back. That team would be challenging for top 4 again.sam-caddick said:Very formidable PL team right there, title challenger possibly...

I think Lloris is outstandingly good.Dr Jacoby said:Marvin said:Providing he stays fit, why would spurs sell?

Their defence would need to be more solid for them to challenge for the title. Furthermore, I really don't get the hype with Vertonghen.
Completely insane.Caveman said:I think if they sign Soldado and keep Bale and sign a LB they will be the team I most fear next season.

I thought Vertongehn grew into a good player over the season. The amout of times I saw him for Ajax and the first five months at Spurs just dribble up the pitch with the ball and lose it then to not even sprint back was unbelievable. He seemed to stop that completely in the latter half of last season and I think was arguably the best CB in the Prem by the end of the season.
Dawson is mint. He almost got sold to QPR but within a few moths he was made captain. I've always rated Dawson.
I don't like Walker at all, but he's a very good Prem RB.
They need a LB.
