Do you really think the scum would be the only club at the table ??

no?? neither do I.
They can't afford a transfer fee of 60+ million. What are they going to do? ''Have Nike help fund the deal for them'' again. Bullshit. Fabregas is a no-go either. Moyes should stick to realistic targets like Fellaini and Baines and stop wasting valuable time trying to attract unattainable targets, whilst very decent players are transferred to other clubs. Could really backfire on Moyes and United.
Spurs need a striker though, and can offer Rooney plus £30m...which they can afford.
You really think Rooney would want to play for Tottenham? They could never afford Rooney's wages and Rooney wouldn't want to be replaced by Bale to just head to Tottenham playing Europa League football. Not in a million years. If Rooney is leaving, he's off to Chelsea which means United would then have to pay 60+ for Bale. Spurs couldn't even afford Nani's wages.

United are not in for either Cesc or Bale, they won't even increase their offer for Baines so what makes anyone in their right mind think that they'll buy even one of the aforementioned it's just all media hype to detract away from the fact that
- Ferguson has gone and the club have appointed gollum
- Thiago SNUBBED them
- Rooney is on his way
it is plain to see that united are on the decline and they're just trying to mask it by making up Bulls**t that both the Rags and the Rag-tops lap up like a cat to fresh milk.

you're better off believing any of the numerous 'twitter itk's' pre-pubescent teenagers who gain notoriety and status from posting recycled gossip on twitter that all have names along the lines of 'UndercoverITK_Legit7" or 'Transfer_ScoopYOLOSWAG' than any of that drivel that comes from the rags media mouthpiece
Spot on.

Well the rags reckon their CEO is in London and if that is correct then it would be logical to presume he is in the right place to sell Rooney to Chelsea and get Bale from Spuds. I don't believe Bale will go to the rags but there is always a chance.

His Office is in London mate - there was an article about it recently in relation to us upgrading our London base from the one we use at the moment, which dates back from when Thaksin was in charge.

The Rags Head Office is in London (appropriately enough), so that's naturally where he'd be headed - with the team in Sydney, the only person in Manchester at the moment is Shrek!

Fixed

If the Rag CEO has come back to London its to action something urgent. If it was to action something that was ongoing it would have waited until next week. Sounds like a panic move.
But for me the question that needs to be answered is what was he doing on the other side of the world at this important time. Laughable.

Talkshite are trying to say Rooney, Nani and £15M for Bale.
That would be a terrible deal for Spurs and great one for the rags. They get rid of two players they don't want who are on big money and get Bale for a pittance.
Won't happen though, unless Levy is a complete prick.

Can't see Levy accepted anything but cash. And there is no way Rooney would go to a team that isn't in the CL

Spurs wouldn't and couldn't meet Rooney's wage demands. He's the highest paid footballer in English football history. Non-starter.

The chances of Rooney going to Spurs are zero. This is therefore a complete non-starter.

IMO Levy is as good if not better than ADL and Galliani given they are building new stadium IMO he would want cash only and seeing rags have publicly said they have unlimited funds screw them for every penny if their intention is to sell which I don't think it is.

But without Bale they have no shot at CL, which is what they are shooting for. Spurs already turned down Madrid's 60m offer. So why would they accept the same money they turned down and have him go to a rival? Makes no sense.

Spurs wouldn't entertain a player swap for Bale. Anyone interested has to be prepared to meet their full valuation.

I really do hope the rags waste the next four to five weeks pursuing Bale and Fabregas only to find out they can't get them leaving them no time to get any other targets and maybe still have Shrek on the books throwing toys out of the pram. Be a perfect window all round. Last thing I want is for them to get Fellaini and Baines from Everton.

Spuds have a very very good shot at top 4 this year with Bale,
zero chance without him...

why strengthen one of the opposition..

Levy never worried about that in the past with Campbell, carrick and berbatov all going to rivals. Wenger also sold rvp last year to utd and he was effectively their bale. Utd remain utd and players will want to play there sadly. I can see bale there next year and that is worrying.

Why sell Bale to the rags for less money than Real Madrid are willing to pay for him.

If one of you can explain that, I will at least understand why some of you are worried (or rags posing as City fans pretending to be worried).

If you can't give me a reason, you are a bunch of flapping, gutless, wusses.

Either way, I won't lose any sleep.
