How much did the following cost: Rodwell, Sinclair, Maicon? Just dont understand this concern with money? Why should we be concerned - its not mine! We are the richest club in the world, surely time to flex our muscles after the debacle of last summer. Fact is, Bale would have retained the title for us, so 80m would have been cheap...............the funds he will bring in for merchandise and global sales would recoup that in a year.
Lets reach for the stars blues and stop thinking we dont deserve it.

He would add a whole new dimension to our team but he's not worth anything like the figures being bandied out.

I can't see any deals for new players being done until Mancini's future has been discussed and decided upon by Khaldoon, Soriano and Txiki. Frustrating for us fans but seems a logical approach to me.
