In the minority here think. I can not deny some of the things he has done for the club but I personally am not too bothered that he has gone. I think there was a good chance he was shipping out soon anyway,
Still he is gone and that is that. The most important thing is we move forward and don't let it get in the way of the team performances.
What about David Dean ex of our feeder club. He is widely experienced and respected in the game and has CL experience.

I disagree. I think he would've been sacked with City asking him to leave with their best wishes. I'm still surprised by the amount of people devastated by his departure. He's not the only Chief Executive in the world. It'd be the same if Mancini left. Unfortunate yet replaceable.

This isn't about Cooks departure as such, its the fact that the scum press, and those behind it, have driven it.

Cook's actions drove his own departure. Sending a snide e-mail and lying about it afterwards. I still can't believe he's gone!

I can agree with that, Cook shot himself in the foot. However, without the leak to the press after 11 MONTHS this would not have happened. And that is what it boils down to......a deliberate attempt to use an email to force him out when the said email was nearly a year old.
I wasn't a fan of Cooks but even so I know dirty tricks against our club when I see them.

I've had a family member die of cancer and 1 I visit 3 times a week because they can't leave their bed due to cancer. Neither of them would use their cancer to gain sympathy/money in the way Nedums mum has.

Yes cook was wrong and probably right to resign but she is pathetic and far worse than cook, for using her illness like that.
