We've managed to keep before £10 per day so far, which is OK as we are paying £200 per month with a £450 credit leading into the winter.

I think there is a fault with our heating though. It now only comes on when we heat the water, which is for one hour per day. So we have to boost the water to heat the house. Probably hold out until spring to get it looked at.
As long as it's not an emergency plumber you may well save more money than the call out costs if you get it fixed now.
