So after spending 45 mins in a queue and then spending 65 mins in webchat who couldn't help my details has been passed to the investigation team who will look at this.

There is no timeframe of when this will be resolved.

We've managed to keep before £10 per day so far, which is OK as we are paying £200 per month with a £450 credit leading into the winter.

I think there is a fault with our heating though. It now only comes on when we heat the water, which is for one hour per day. So we have to boost the water to heat the house. Probably hold out until spring to get it looked at.

Have you got a normal boiler (not a combi/condensing). If so it’s probably the flow control valve (three way motorised valve) that’s sticking.
