TBH I'd just stay on the vino rosso for about 5 days gradually reducing the dose and at the same time increasing the solids - oh and stay near to a bog at all times.

I made the egregious error of not booking tomorrow off work in time... but I did have the foresight to work from home and block out my morning calendar... I'll still log on but I reckon the quality of work may suffer slightly.
