The Tories only have themselves to blame. If Boris had replaced Cameron and then Rishi had replaced Boris then Labour’s impending landslide would not be happening.

I blame Liz Truss personally. She utterly fucked up.
She did, but was a symptom not the cause. This is on Boris Johnson, he is medacious, self serving and wholly incompetent. He wrote 2 reports about his stance on Brexit ffs, totally opposite ones. And then went with the one that personally suited his ambitions, then set a narrative of lies to fit it. Once in, he managed to royally fuck it up in no time and people have long memories about how they behaved during the pandemic, which will manifest itself tonight.

starmer seems to have alienated all of merseyside with his comments relating to the sun last night. seems daft coming out with a statement like that the night before a GE.

Sunak would never have unleashed a budget as bad as the Truss / Kwarteng effort. I firmly believe this will linger in too many memories.

I’m a Wirral man. What’s he said?! Labour heartlands here.

His endorsement from the Sun. His endorsement from former Tory wealthy donors. His mission to drag the Labour party as far right as he can without actually joining the Tory party to name just a few.
I'm not too concerned at the Sun's endorsement given that Murdoch always seeks to back the winning horse if it means selling more - and I use the term advisedly - newspapers. Otherwise, I'm pretty much with you on all counts. I had to vote Labour earlier while holding my nose to some extent. However, I'm consoled by the fact that it should help in ridding the country of the cockroaches currently in power and that's good enough for me.

Enough bandying words on here. I'm going off out soon with the Labour candidate, knocking on the doors of people whose minds aren't closed.
Sorry to bother you I'm the Lab.........

Yeah I'm voting for you honest now fuck off I've been working all day and would like to spend some time with the family.

Great another one for us this is brilliant.

Fucking salesman bothering people.

Anyone know whether George Galloway is standing in Rochdale again? I’d like to see both him and Corbyn gone.

Oh I am looking forward to a Tory defeat as much as anyone. Not so much the sun's endorsement as Starmer's use of it.
It shows how much I have changed the party? Yes. Yes it does. But as I said, get these fuckers out, then hold Keith's feet to the fire.
