I totally agree , Scotland will be fine as an independent nation , it would also be fine as part of the United Kingdom.

it’s totally upto the good people of Scotland where their destiny goes and I don’t understand why any English toff would prevent that. Really what the fuck has it got to do with them.

People in that country should decide democratically which way they go and having done that that vote should be respected.

Agree with you on everything apart from having a bottle. Maybe at some historic times, but you had a chance to get your country with a pen few years ago and you failed. Coming from a country that had to pay dozens of thousands of lives and miserable 30 years after to have it half as good as you could have, it was shocking to me. Them fucking Rangers fans screwed it though.

The reason the Tories won IMO was because Johnson made political capital of the the English nationalism and anti minority sentiments that fuelled Brexit.
The new found Tory voters in the North and Midlands who have been fcuked over by first Thatcher, then the global crash and austerity and now Brexit have something to coalesce around - a sense of nationalistic pride and hatred of others.
They know the Tories are not going to improve their lot ,they don't think the other lot are either ( in facts things will only get worse) but at least Johnson has given them permission and provided the environment for them collectively to take out their frustrations against the 'outside world' ,thereby giving them a substitute for their lost jobs and communities.
It's a clever (and age old trick), but the problem is it's like a drug and as these areas continue to decline the Tories will have to pump the inhabitants full of more of the propaganda of xenophobia and hatred to mask their own self loathing. Until the bubble bursts.

We are resource rich, if we wetr actually a cost, Pig Fucker would never have run up here to make promises they never kept. It's what we want. What we have just voted for. A referendum. I am not even convinced we would vote for it, but we deserve the right to ask.
