Whats Far Cry 6 like? Was thinking about picking it up when I get done with cyberpunkPlaying 3 games at the moment. Doom Eternal Ancient Gods 1&2 after finishing the main game twice. I can’t wait for the next one. Elden Ring, just beat Margit and Ghostwire Tokyo. It’s intriguing. Not sure about it yet. And just finished Far Cry 6 which was a slog.

Stuck on the fire giant boss on Elden Ring. It goes from piss easy in phase 1 to near enough impossible phase 2

Use your horse take your time use your summons second faze
Elden ring Lyndell capital is so hard to clear all the bosses been on it for days.

Got the giant chicken area for farming with the scarab beetle every bird kill is over 13k of ruins.
Just reached the land of the giants the snow area too.

It's a standard run of the mill Far Cry game. They have a formula and stick to it. Makes for a very average game.Personally, I think it’s the worst one of the lot. (The modem Far Cry’s, 3 onwards) I think my expectations were too high

In my post match inebriated state, late last night, I bought a Pandoras Box arcade system on Amazon.
Any other BMers own one of these? Arrives tomorrow. 4000 games installed, so can't imagine it will be shit :)

The Cheaper and unofficial stuff can have issues with screen tearing and sound quality, or slowdown if specific emulators are poorly optimised.
This is a decent video. They even discuss options for modding it at the end.

Having mastered the F18, F16 and A10 (not!) I’ve just bought myself the F14 Tomcat. I think my favourite part of the game is learning the cold start and weapon systems.Stick at it, spend hundreds if not thousands of hours at it whilst spending £hundreds if not £thousands trying and you are still a bit shit lol.
Watch some of the big boys on YouTube they are incredible ;-)
I have to say, the F14 is bloody gorgeous.

It turned up yesterday evening and so far, so good. Reminds me of a misspent youth in arcades. Some game titles id completely forgotten about.
Also gave my 11 year old lad an absolute schooling, on Street Fighter 2: Alpha :)

With the news of Monkey Island 3 finally coming out this year, I've just played through The Secret Of Monkey Island with my two young daughters.
They love it! It's so great to be able to introduce the best game ever made to a new and young audience.
We started playing the second game last night; it's so unbelievably good.
Can't wait to play the new game together with them when it comes out.

Currently playing Horizon Forbidden West. Visually, it's probably the best thing i've ever played on an OLED display. Think I also prefer this one to the first game in terms of story.
