Tell me more - looking at this as an alternative to psvr... any comparison comments would also be appreciated.

BTW/FYIC-I have a PS5 and aware of the psvr for the next gen. Ive a house of shielded covid teenagers. 2 player VR would be the preference...

EA have decided to go with the hero shooter genre for future battlefields, so DICE’s vision for battlefield is now gone. Such a shame as it’s my favourite game franchise ever. Apparently, 2042 only had 15 months of production time due to EA being twats. I can’t stand these big name gaming producers taking advantage of loyal gamers. They lie about how well the game is coming along and just take everyone’s money despite releasing a broken game. Rockstar are going the same way, activision is rotten to the core, CDPR fucked up hugely with cyberpunk. Gaming is getting shit. Absolutely gutted the way battlefield is going.

Sorry pal, keep checking stock informer. I was only left with the extra controller bundle which I won't have much use for so will be walking it on ebay.

Cheers pal, I was going to ask if Voice Comms essential. Seems like the thinking man's online shooter and puts you on edge.
 
Halo Infinite campaign drops today which I'm really looking forward to however Microsoft and Bungie have dropped a complete bollock.

It's set for release at 6pm UK time however you CANNOT pre download it on Xbox so at that time millions of Xbox players will be trying to download it at the same time and apparently the game size is around 65GB so I can see me playing it until tomorrow
 
Just a heads up.

Loads of stock on Microsoft website for Series X and Game have the All Access £28.99 a month in stock. Managed to get one of each 5 minutes ago.
 
PS5 disc with extra controller bundle is in stock with BT. You just need to get hold of an access code it you have a broadband account with them or know somebody who does. Ordered mine last week and has just despatched.

Portal looks really good.

Is the hate warranted? Nearly every BF game was broke at launch and normally fixed and playable within 9 months so trying to understand if its just usual bugs or if it's really bad..
 
Anyone put any time into the new Warzone map yet.

I've had 1 game and was not a fan. The colours in the old map were very subdued, they have pumped them up with teh pacific theme but its lost a lot of the realistic feel. That said, having no clue where anything is makes it interesting again.

They've patched the game a few times so it's better. Sutff like hit boxes ect but I still can't get into it that much. The new modes just don't appeal to me and some of the maps are just too big. Even with 128 players it just feels empty sometimes.

Portal is great though. People are creating old maps and stuff like Rush and Conquest. That feels great.

However if you on Xbox or PC then download Halo Infinite multiplayer. It's free and the gameplay is so much better. I'm having a blast on it

Portal is a big pull factor for me as it looks quite fun.

Unfortunately I'm on PS5 but Halo does look amazing.

I'm going to get the EA play pass which will give me 10 hours free on 2042 so will see how it is.
