Don't worry @SebastianBlue :-)
I win.
So different from other dangerous criminals we have seen taken down - wonder why?
He used to work with Trump so it's not a thread about Trump. This is a Trump related post. You are in the wrong thread.

You are right. It is. I was being T-I-C with my response. He used to work with Trump so it's not a thread about Trump.
It's a post about how there are different approaches to the way police deal with what could on the face of it be viewed as similar situations. As such there is more than a strong argument to say it's quite at home where it is.
I think that's a shame. You are right. It is. I was being T-I-C with my response.
As there is nothing about the video that supports what @bluethrunthru has vaguely implied.
The video shows aggression and escalation in a seemingly unwarranted situation by the police. This video is actually quite strikingly similar to one posted earlier by Bigga of an innocent black guy who was drop kicked in the back by one cop as he was talking to another one in a case that turned out to be one of mistaken identity.
One cop is calmly talking to the suspect (both here and in that prior video) while another cop comes out of nowhere to aggressively take down the suspect. In one case, a drop kick in the back, and in the above, a dive for the legs take down.
In both cases, the actions seemed unwarranted and unnecessarily over the top. Yet, how anyone can deem this video an example of a difference in treatment of dangerous criminals is beyond me.
And just as a general note, these cherry picking of videos to show proof of racism or privilege in a vacuum are just annoying. Even though this one showed the opposite of what the poster thinks it shows. It's still not particularly useful as evidence of anything (be that the presence or absence of racism generally.)

So if I can provide a video of a white guy getting shot by the Police and a video of a black guy being asked nicely to drop a weapon, then that somehow in your mind is an actual point because one off incidents can now be used as "proof" of widescale societal issues can they?
