George Floyd murder / Derek Chauvin guilty of murder

Oh Dax, take a couple of steps back and a few deep breaths mate. You may be semantically correct but that's it. If all you are focusing on is whether or not she was in bed or not then maybe you shouldn't be discussing this topic.
It's not about Semantics though. But I suppose we should move on. As events have moved beyond that point.

2) The police lied repeatedly on the official reports, about there being no forced entry (despite a battering ram being used) about announcing themselves (Walker and all the neighbours have unanimously said this was a lie) and they even attempted to not list Taylor's injuries.

Do you have a source for the lie regarding forced entry?

The bold part is false. The nearest witness to the event said he did hear the police announce themselves.
Most witnesses were woken up by the gunshots so wouldn't have heard it anyway

Isn't the point that if they were woken by gunshots they had not heard the police "announcing" themselves? One corroborating witness heard them announce, a dozen testified that they didn't and it's not clear whether the grand jury was made aware of the dozen. The grand jury - make up secret, deliberations secret - does not seem a part of justice "seeing to be done". But while I hate to agree with Dax, it's not shorthand to say Breonna was "killed while sleeping", it's just not true.

What on earth justified a night time raid? Did the judge who issued the warrant know that was the intention?

More questions than answers really, not least how firearms-trained officers missed the guy who fired at them but hit someone else 5/6 times out of around 20 bullets fired.

Gunshots are louder

Gunshots are louder

No one else in the house heard the 'announce'. Were they trying not to wake the neighbours? Or were they badly briefed officers who didn't know who was in the apartment, didn't know why the raid needed to be done in the dark; or did they know who was there and were surprised (even in America) that one of them had a gun licence? More questions than answers.
