I didn’t know you could claim tax back if you go private, it cost me 3,000 twice for a simple procedure that the NHS cocked up. Private was the best (two failed operations General anaesthetic twice) it was a nightmare but I’m sorted now and a private specialist consultant did my op.I’ve already come to terms that if my back injury is what I expect it to be it’s going to cost me £7.5k to fix it!! If waiting times are years I can’t live like this, within a month I’ll be sorted. I should be able to at least claim the tax back if the nhs can’t fulfil its obligation.
Some of these doctors need to remember the Hippocratic Oath.
No one seems to take on the government anymore for the state of essential services. Not since Thatcher was in power have we had any serious attempt to change the way things are run. Clapping the nurses and doctors during the pandemic is not good enough.
