Of course, forgot about that.but its actually 3 in and 3 out if both Eddy and Ortega go, dont forget Carson and his replacement.
I don’t think he was, I reckon we’ve moved because he’s available now and Trafford is left to deal with the consequencesThere's no way he won't have been told about this before he came back.
what are the chances that Pep Lijnders is a deep cover Liverpool agent and has somehow conviced Pep ?
What a bizzare viewpoint.I'm not so sure on this. His main weaknesses apparently are his distribution and his refusal to come for crosses.
Pep's game revolves around a group of eleven who are comfortable with the ball at its feet, and we already have a situation where premier league football has changed in the last season or two to really ramp up the importance again of corners and long throws. Lego head has already made it is number one weapon at arsenal.
I know Eddie is not always the commanding presence off his line either, whereas I think Trafford is, but I just don't think we should trade a boost to shot stopping for reduced distribute AND no improvement to control of the box.
I trust the club though, even if I am concerned with this late window flurry of activity.
Convinced Pep to sign the best keeper in the world?what are the chances that Pep Lijnders is a deep cover Liverpool agent and has somehow conviced Pep ?
I’m exactly the same. People are just watching the saving highlight reels and thinking he would be brilliant. The more I think of this potential transfer the more it doesn’t make sense. Enrique said yesterday that he wants a keeper more suited to his style of play. Donnarumma would be a disaster for us imo.
Exactly. Seriously do we think he thought and all he has to get no1 shirt was to keep it off Edders and Ortega.I think this is fair.
James Trafford eloquently explains that he takes each day as an opportunity to improve. He does not think too far into the future. It is pretty clear that coming here he knows he will have to compete. He has the faith in himself that he can do that.
Ederson is a weird one, just looks fucking angry all the time haWhat a bizzare viewpoint.
How can you be concerned City are trying to bring in a top 3 world class GK to replace a GK who looks soooo fukin miserable on the pitch and looks like he seriously can't be arsed is concerning?! Some so called City fans are basically fukin idiots.
Who gives a shit hes a professional got to fight for his place regardlessits crazy and I wonder what Trafford is thinking now
Might not get Ed style assists but thats a great goal scoring stat for a keeperYou got the same stats for Eddie ?
I get a sense you're not having that post lolWhat a bizzare viewpoint.

Trafford aint great with his feet eitherI’m exactly the same. People are just watching the saving highlight reels and thinking he would be brilliant.
We would really miss the distribution to start attacks and crucially we would hugely miss the ability of the goalkeeper to play as a sweeper behind a high line and clear up. Ederson had saved so many goals doing that. Whilst not flash it is extremely vital to how pep wants to play.
The fact enrique wants rid is a major major red flag.
Just this quote from an article I read sums it all up “
Donnarumma has certainly improved with the ball at his feet compared to his early days at Milan and for Italy, but it remains an undoubted weakness in his game.
An excellent shot-stopper, he is nonetheless not the goalkeeper you want to act as an additional sweeper.”
A big name player on huge wages. Dare I say it. Reminds me of Manchester United type signing?
Exactly my thoughts, and he’s also a player who has ran down a contract at his boyhood club and ran down his contract at a club where’s he won the treble for more money.I’m exactly the same. People are just watching the saving highlight reels and thinking he would be brilliant.

What's that MOM in most every wankers league match and ended up being champions on top of being experienced EUROs winner. AND he is only 26!!!! I dont give a flying fuk if he doesnt get us 10 assists. He will probably save at least 10 pens for starters!Don’t worry about it. People probably going off the champions league games he played and he made some brilliant saves to form their opinion.
Fwiw I agree with you. I’m not convinced this is a great move by city. The fact enrique wants rid is a huge red flag to begin with, the fact he is very uncertain with his feet which has led to errors etc, reluctance to come for crosses etc.
He is undoubtedly a very good shot stopper. But I wouldn’t say he is close to being a great fit for what city would usually want in a goalkeeper.
He saves goals which is the most important thing with a goal keeper
I think he will be a master stroke of a signing. The more I think of this potential transfer the more it doesn’t make sense. Enrique said yesterday that he wants a keeper more suited to his style of play. Donnarumma would be a disaster for us imo.
I'm going to learn from and challenge one of the best keepers in the world, maybeits crazy and I wonder what Trafford is thinking now
