Goals you still Remember

The kinky goal at 'boro always stands out for me, he wandered pass their entire team before a beauty of a finish. In typical city style we got beat 4-1!

The alfie thunderbolt at elland road was a beauty too, I was in the leeds end, they loved him there and gave him a round of applause!

Also the amazing goal away at chesterfield, can't remember the lad who scored it but he was a defender who never scored! I was in the home end that day too, a bloke turned to me and said 'bloody hell that's one hell of a goal' then it all kicked off, again!!

For some strange reason Elarno's free kick against Newcastle
Elano yes it was a great free kick . David Phillips scored some special goals for City in the mid 80s

I read this as goals that weren't particularly special, nor that important in the grand scheme of things - and 2 are always stuck in my head...

Andy Hill last minute winner against Forest at Maine Road, a header from the edge of the box into the top corner. I always liked Andy Hill.

Steven Ireland, late goal at Ewood Park on the first day of the season, reason being we were on the front row behind the goal and he seemed to take an age sitting on the ball and not shooting, before gently rolling it into the corner.

I've forgotten goals from hundreds of games I've been at, but those two stay with me for some reason
